JH Price and Sons is a local property developer that we have worked with for a number of years. We created a new, responsive website that allowed customers to view developments and make enquiries before completion.
The website displays a dynamic site plan and up to date pricing / availability. Photography throughout the site, is complemented by 3D visualisations of yet to be realised homes.
Having studied user behaviour and analytics, we determined that the site should be developed from a mobile first perspective. Home buyers are now accessing essential information online prior to contacting the estate agent.
The website has seen high traffic volumes and customers regularly comment on how invaluable it was in the search for their new home.
